About Thelma C. Rufolo, President of Kind Path Legal Document Services
My name is Thelma C. Rufolo, and I am the proud President of Kind Path Legal Document Services. As a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant (LDA), I am committed to providing accessible and compassionate support for those navigating legal documentation.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University and completed my Paralegal Studies at the University of San Diego. Beyond my professional background, I am also a proud Navy Veteran, the wife of a talented Chef, and the mother of three incredible young-adult sons.
My journey into the legal document profession was deeply personal. After handling the estate of my former spouse, I experienced firsthand the emotional, financial, and legal challenges that arise when proper estate plans aren’t in place. That experience became the driving force behind my mission: to help others avoid probate and gain peace of mind through proper estate planning.
While I am not an attorney and do not provide legal advice or court representation, I offer thoughtful, personalized assistance in comprehensive estate planning, simple divorce, civil annulment, Catholic annulment, and deed-related matters—always ensuring clients have the guidance they need to navigate complex legal processes with clarity and confidence.
My work is fully authorized under California law, including:
California Business & Professions Code §§ 6400-6414
Family Code § 2012
